Role Description
WS Global is expanding its operational presence in the Middle East.
We are appointing a Managing Partner to lead strategic integration and government relations (GR) across the MENA region, operating primarily from Riyadh.
This is a performance-based partnership focused on structuring capital-intensive technology deals and deploying high-load enterprise IT solutions into regional government and financial sectors.
Partnership Framework & Remuneration
This role functions as an independent entrepreneurial partnership outside a standard corporate employment contract.
Compensation is strictly performance-based, structured entirely as a revenue-sharing model (success fees / percentage of finalized deals).
The partner will receive direct financial equity in the enterprise contracts successfully executed and integrated within the MENA jurisdiction.
Core Responsibilities
- **Representation of WS Global interests at the board level of major financial institutions and government agencies.**
- **Strategic oversight of complex deal structuring, investment modeling, and contract negotiations.**
- **Ensuring IT product compliance with regional information security protocols and regulatory frameworks.**
- **Aligning commercial objectives with institutional stakeholders to secure large-scale integration projects.**
Qualifications & Profile Requirements
- **Linguistic Proficiency:**
- Advanced, negotiation-level Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in Russian is a strategic advantage.
- **Expertise:**
- Fundamental background in corporate finance, enterprise systems architecture, or institutional GR.
- **Network:**
- Established and verifiable operational connections within the MENA enterprise, banking, and public sectors.
- **Execution capability:**
- Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory environments and closing capital-intensive technology or infrastructure contracts.
