Maestro is expanding into the East Coast - San Francisco / USA and we're looking for one exceptional person to lead it - not as an employee, but as a co-owner.

You'll work both sides of the market - connecting EC USA's best independent consultants, fractional executives and interim leaders with the companies that need them most.
Who we're looking for
Someone who is highly connected, commercially sharp, and genuinely entrepreneurial.
You might come from consulting, executive search, professional services, or a senior commercial leadership role - but what matters most is that you
*build relationships, close deals, and want to own something real.*
The honest part
There's no fixed salary to start.
Early income is variable.
But the model is proven, the market is ready, and the upside is significant.
