- Maestro is expanding into Abu Dhabi / UAE and we're looking for one exceptional person to lead it - not as an employee, but as a co-owner.

Who we're looking for
Someone who is highly connected, commercially sharp, and genuinely entrepreneurial.
You might come from consulting, executive search, professional services, or a senior commercial leadership role - but what matters most is that you

There's no fixed salary to start.
Early income is variable.
