Overview

We are seeking a highly capable, commercially driven **Managing Director / Operator** to build and lead a digital marketing agency from the ground up, with a structured offshore delivery model based in India.

This is a full-time role for someone who can take a business from **zero setup (no clients, no team, no systems)** to a fully operational, revenue-generating agency with a scalable India-based delivery function and UAE-based client-facing presence.

The company is already established in the UAE with trade license, banking, and infrastructure in place.

Everything beyond that — **strategy, execution, client acquisition, India team build, and operational setup** — will be your responsibility.

The Opportunity

  • This role is suited to someone who wants to **build and run a business**, not simply manage campaigns.
  • You will start in a lean, remote setup with a clear mandate to:
  • Generate revenue early
  • Build a scalable service offering
  • Establish a structured offshore delivery team in India
  • Set up and operationalise an India-based office (hiring, training, systems)
  • Develop processes, reporting, and performance standards
  • Grow into a structured agency with UAE client-facing presence
  • The long-term objective is to build a **profitable, scalable agency with India as the delivery hub and UAE as the commercial front-end**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy from scratch
  • Generate new business through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and launch the agency’s website, services, and positioning
  • Establish and scale an India-based BPO operation (including hiring, onboarding, and training)
  • Identify and build a high-performing offshore team (performance marketing, design, development, CRM)
  • Set up operational systems, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Travel to India as required to support recruitment, setup, and team development
  • Deliver and oversee marketing campaigns with a strong performance and ROI focus
  • Build and manage a small UAE-based front-end team as the business grows
  • Take full ownership of revenue, cost control, and overall business performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong commercial exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to **generate revenue and grow accounts (not just run campaigns)**
  • Experience working in or building within an agency or performance marketing environment
  • Experience working with or managing offshore / BPO teams (India experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Lead generation and performance marketing
  • Funnel / landing page development
  • Outsourcing, team building, and operational scaling
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions without hand-holding
  • Willingness and ability to travel to India to set up and scale operations

Ideal Candidate

  • Previously a senior operator within an agency (e.g. Head of Performance, Agency Lead, Growth Lead)
  • OR currently running a freelance / small agency operation and ready to scale
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and profitability
  • Experience hiring and managing teams (ideally offshore)
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and execution-focused
  • Understands the realities of building from zero without reliance on existing clients

Performance Expectations (Critical)

  • Early-stage focus on **client acquisition and revenue generation**
  • Clear activity levels (outreach, meetings, pipeline development)
  • Weekly reporting required (daily reporting during initial setup phase)
  • Demonstration of traction within the first 60–90 days
  • Progress towards building an operational India-based delivery team within initial months

Compensation

  • Base salary: AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives linked directly to revenue and business growth
  • Significant upside potential based on performance
  • Salary progression aligned with scale and profitability

Working Structure

  • Full-time role
  • Remote initially
  • Hybrid UAE / India involvement required
  • India travel required for setup and scaling
  • Long-term structure:
  • India \= Delivery hub
  • UAE \= Client-facing / commercial hub
