Opportunity

Strategy and leadership

• Define the Data, AI & Cloud vision, strategy, and goals with executive leadership.
• Identify trends, market opportunities, and best practices to drive growth.
• Lead planning, development, and execution of the strategic roadmap.

P&L responsibility

• Account for the consulting practice’s financial performance.
• Partner with Practice Leaders and Business Development to grow managed accounts.
• Develop revenue strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team leadership and management

• Build and lead teams of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Strategists, and AI Engineers.
• Foster excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across global teams.

Client engagement and delivery

• Partner with clients to identify challenges and design tailored Data, AI & Cloud solutions.
• Oversee delivery of data-driven insights, models, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide thought leadership and build trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant leadership and team management at Partner level in a top-tier consultancy or VP, SVP, or C-level in a global publicly traded enterprise, focused on AI, data engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Experience leading a line of business for a mid-size to large consultancy.
• Leadership experience in technology consulting, project management, and executive partnerships.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership and P&L management.

Industry knowledge and competencies

• In-depth knowledge of data engineering, data science, and AI technologies and tools; familiarity with trends and best practices in Data, AI, and Cloud applications.
• Deep knowledge of customer experience strategies and digital transformation.
• Requires leadership, people management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, and strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex ideas to C-level and executive audiences.
• English proficiency is required; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.

Compensation range

• Compensation range is CAD 236,000–CAD 310,000.
