The firm operates across New York, Palm Beach, George Town, London, Zürich, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney, serving ultra-high-net-worth families, single and multi-family offices, private holding companies, and institutional investors.

The Role

Ladd & Co. is appointing a Managing Director in Dubai to originate and lead client relationships across the firm's advisory mandates.

This is a senior coverage role: building and holding relationships with business owners, family offices, and institutional principals, and leading engagements from origination through to close alongside the firm's execution teams.

You represent the firm at the senior table, source mandates, and stay close to clients through completion.

Structuring, legal coordination, investor access, due diligence, and transaction execution are provided by the firm.

What You Will Do

  • Originate advisory mandates across M&A, capital placement, co-investment, and international structuring
  • Lead senior relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, founder-led enterprises, and institutional investors in the Dubai market and adjacent jurisdictions
  • Manage engagements from first meeting through to close, coordinating the firm's deal teams
  • Represent the firm at the principal level in client and counterparty settings
  • Maintain and grow referral relationships across legal, tax, and private banking professionals

What You Will Bring

  • 12 to 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, capital placement, investment banking, private banking, or family-office advisory at a credible institution
  • Managing Director or equivalent standing, with a record of originating and leading senior engagements
  • An established personal network of business owners, family offices, or senior referral professionals capable of generating institutional-quality mandates
  • Sound commercial judgment and the seniority to represent the firm independently
  • Comfort operating within a performance-based compensation structure

Compensation

This is a senior, performance-based role.

Compensation is structured around direct participation in the advisory fees on engagements you originate and lead, and is discussed in detail with qualified candidates.

The structure is designed so that senior coverage professionals are compensated in line with the mandates they bring to the firm.
