Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Market Risk, VaR, and CTRM transformation initiatives.

Build and manage senior client relationships, driving engagement growth, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.

Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, solution shaping, and executive-level presentations.

Define target-state operating models, risk architectures, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.

Market Risk & VaR Transformation

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Market Risk solutions, including VaR, Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis, Exposure Management, and Risk Reporting.

Drive the integration of risk platforms with CTRM ecosystems such as Endur, RightAngle, and other trading systems.

Establish best practices for risk data management, valuation, position management, and analytics frameworks.

Advise clients on risk governance, model validation, regulatory compliance, and controls.

Program Delivery & Solution Architecture

Lead complex multi-million-dollar transformation programs across trading, risk, logistics, scheduling, settlement, and analytics domains.

Translate executive vision and business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.

Oversee requirement workshops, operating model assessments, fit-gap analyses, and solution design reviews.

Ensure successful execution across all implementation phases including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Mandatory Skills: ETRM Energy Trading and Risk Management.

Experience: >10 YEARS.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
