Managing Associate in the Dubai office’s Dispute Resolution team.
The practice handles high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration, digital assets, enforcement, and strategically significant disputes across the UAE and wider GCC.
The team advises corporates, UHNWIs, family offices, financial institutions, and sovereign-linked entities on sensitive disputes, including parallel proceedings across jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Own significant disputes and workstreams day to day.
- Supervise junior Associates and coordinate counsel and experts.
- Work directly with clients.
- Manage due diligence processes and contribute to business development.
Skills and experience
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE in a leading international Dispute Resolution practice.
- Strong commercial litigation experience; substantial court proceedings experience is ideal.
- International arbitration experience is desirable.
- Training completed at a leading international law firm.
- Existing regional experience is preferred but not essential.
- Requires strong organisation, prioritisation, project management, communication, attention to detail, workload management, client care, resilience, adaptability, initiative, and teamwork.
