Black Nugget is looking for a new Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager who have a passion for all things hospo! This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to step into a diverse venue and showcase their skills! From the bar to the gaming room and accommodation, there’s plenty to get involved in! We’re looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to manage the diverse operations of a multifaceted venue. • Exceptional team culture. Essential requirements:
• Experience in a management role in similar or bigger venue.
• Experience working in a gaming venue.
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends.
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss.
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• RSA, RSG, RLMV & Approved Managers License.
• CLO is desirable but not necessary. These roles are located in Moranbah, QLD and does not offer staff accommodation; relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
