Manager
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager to lead and oversee our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple departments including Sales, Community, Creative, and Design, while driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Sales, Community, Creative & Design teams
- Develop and execute marketing and business strategies
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns and client relationships
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue growth
- Build and scale the team in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with leadership to expand the business in KSA
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in Marketing / Advertising industry
- Strong understanding of Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Experience in managing teams (Sales, Creative, Operations)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is a big plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
