Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at New Blue Rose Hotel, located in Zone 57.
The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service delivery, manage and implement hotel policies, and lead a team to maintain a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, handling guest relations, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Additional duties involve addressing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Supervision
- Strong Customer Service and Guest Relations expertise
- Experience with Budget Management and Operational Oversight
- Proficiency in Problem Solving and Decision-Making
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
