4+ years of experience in a retailer-facing role, with Walmart experience strongly preferred.
4+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain discipline; consumer products experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional partners, and drive results through collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess business drivers, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
Experience working with large data sets, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and presenting clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
