Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Manager UX/UI Designer
to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to
Open Finance
.
The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design
, while collaborating closely with
product managers, developers, and stakeholders
to ensure that design solutions align with both
user needs and business goals
.
This role requires someone who can
own the design lifecycle
, advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes.
UX & Interaction Design
- Design the
- information architecture and interaction flows
- for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
- Create
- wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps
- to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
- Apply
- user-centered design principles
- to improve usability and product adoption.
Prototyping & UI Design
- Develop
- low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
- using tools such as
Figma, Sketch, or Miro
- .
- Create
- high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- aligned with design systems.
- Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure
- design feasibility and consistency
- .
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with
- product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
- to align design with product strategy.
- Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
- Advocate for the
- user perspective throughout the product lifecycle
- .
UX Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the
- development and maintenance of UX strategy
- aligned with product and business goals.
- Continuously improve
- design processes, workflows, and collaboration practices
- .
- Apply
- Agile or Lean methodologies
- to iterate and optimize design outcomes.
Usability & User Research
- Support
- usability testing, user interviews, and research activities
- .
- Analyze user insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Translate research findings into
- actionable product improvements
- .
Project Ownership
- Manage
- design projects from concept to delivery
- , ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure designs maintain
- brand consistency and visual identity
- across all digital touchpoints.
- 6 8 years of experience
- in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience designing
- web and mobile applications
- .
- Experience with
- wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- .
- Experience working in
- cross-functional teams within Agile environments
- .
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in
Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD
- .
- Strong understanding of
- user research and design thinking methodologies
- .
- Experience creating
- wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- .
- Understanding of
- responsive design and digital accessibility
- .
- Basic knowledge of
- HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks
