Manager Technology (Endur)

As a Manager Technology specializing in Endur, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Endur solutions for our clients in the energy and commodities trading sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Endur solutions to support trading, risk management, and operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk management policies.

Optimize Endur configurations and workflows to improve system performance and efficiency.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on Endur architecture, integration, and customization.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Endur with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, risk management, and reporting tools.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of Endur solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Endur and energy trading technology.

Endur certification or other relevant industry certifications.

Experience with cloud-based Endur solutions and modernizing legacy systems.

Knowledge of Python, Java, or other programming languages for Endur customization.

Experience with data analytics and visualization tools for trading insights.

Pay Range: $155,000 - $200,000
