Role overview

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning diagnostics and drive process design for planning transformation projects.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic and practical recommendations to improve performance.
• Support clients through planning solution implementation and transformation.

Candidate qualifications

• 6+ years of retail planning experience across areas including merchandise financial planning, assortment, space planning, pricing and promotions, markdown optimization, demand planning, allocation, and replenishment.
• Experience leading planning transformations from current-state assessment and process design through implementation and change adoption.
• Strong retail and consumer products expertise, including grocery, specialty retail, apparel, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on implementation experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, SAP IBP, or similar platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including planning process design and improvement of forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, service levels, and gross margin.
• French is preferred for clients in Quebec; Quebec-based positions require French and English bilingualism.
• Willingness to travel within Quebec and across Canada.

Work model and locations

• The work model is hybrid.
• Primary location is Toronto, Ontario; other listed locations are across Canada.

Compensation

• The salary range is $90,000–$175,000, with possible eligibility for a bonus program.
