Store operations and performance
- Ensure adherence to store documentation and system processes, and maintain stock availability within norms.
- Monitor customer acquisition quality and increase revenue per footfall by assisting customer purchase decisions.
- Achieve store profitability and return-on-investment targets while reducing pilferage and stock shrinkage.
- Manage churn and customer satisfaction for walk-in customers.
- Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays, and resolve store-specific issues within timelines.
- Coach and train Store Executives, supporting employee retention and motivation through regular reviews and performance streamlining.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate with P&L management skills.
- 2–3 years of work experience in the retail industry.
- Store management and customer relationship management skills.
