Compensation

• Nationwide annual base salary range is $104,000 to $171,700; actual pay depends on role scope, complexity, location, qualifications, and other employment conditions.
• Employees may also be eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Sourcing and supplier responsibilities

• Manage assigned supplier work orders and portfolio activities, including intake, modifications, closures, analysis, and process and tool optimization.
• Advise stakeholders on sourcing models, supplier selection and performance, workforce demand, and rate card application.
• Oversee resource onboarding, validate required skills, coordinate technical assessments, and monitor resource quality and progress.
• Monitor supplier performance, address delivery issues, and identify risks, control gaps, and continuity concerns.
• Coordinate stakeholder and supplier relationships, governance, performance discussions, and sourcing processes.
• Provide executive updates on sourcing strategy execution, workforce demand, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate supplier and workforce transitions, onboard new supplier teams, and support continuity of delivery.
