Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Textile Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience Required
- 12–15 years of experience in Product Development, Vendor Development, Sourcing, or Manufacturing within the luggage, backpacks, bags, footwear, consumer goods, plastics, or related manufacturing industries.
- Experience in managing end-to-end New Product Development (NPD), vendor management, costing, BOM preparation, and cross-functional project execution.
- Exposure to ERP systems (preferably LN ERP) is desirable.
