Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and promote products through presales work, slides, demonstrations, business storylines, and market research.
• Identify client needs and design solutions using company or partner products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and detailed solution architectures.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to validate solution viability and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and prepare RFP and RFI responses during presales.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, and technical teams during implementation.
• Develop the partner ecosystem and identify relevant technical companies and solutions.
• Track industry trends, technologies, and competitors; represent the company at industry events.
• Share field feedback with internal teams and comply with QHSE, continuity, security, privacy, risk, compliance, and governance policies.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years as a Solutions Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales/Pre-sales Engineer, or comparable role at a technology company.
• Experience in government, enterprise, finance, energy, or utilities domains.

Skills and attributes

• Strong technical background across software, hardware, and networking systems.
• Problem-solving ability and skill translating complex technical concepts for clients and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to travel as required.
