Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support technology product delivery and the Engagement Manager, with accountability for quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Define delivery goals and resourcing with stakeholders; create project, resource, financial, and executive reporting materials.
• Plan budgets and resources, prioritize requirements, and manage scope for support initiatives.
• Configure SharePoint environments and resolve operational issues with ITS organizations.
• Lead work-channel metrics and analytics, including data consolidation scripts and coordination of onshore and offshore resources.
• Support functionality requests, resource estimates, program reviews, status reporting, and timely escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• Architect SAP solutions for applications including Master Data Management and reporting; prepare and review functional specifications.
• Use S/4HANA SD, S/4HANA PS, and S/4HANA Finance work-in-progress management processes.
• Support full lifecycle Sales and Distribution implementations, from analysis and design through testing and configuration.
• Translate requirements into functional and ABAP technical specifications; troubleshoot custom programs.
• Develop test plans and perform build, configuration, testing, cut-over, conversion, and post-go-live support.
• Deliver projects following SAFE methodology; apply repeatable processes to enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrate business understanding, strong communication, analytical, planning, leadership, organization, and remote collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, HP Quality Center, SAP Solution Manager, PowerPoint, and Excel is listed.
• CBAP/CCBA, PMP, TFS/Urban Turtle, automated QA, wire-framing or visualization tools, Agile processes, and packaged software experience are preferred or advantageous.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $85,000–$156,000, with possible bonus program eligibility; no pay cadence is specified.
