Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- 6+ years in software engineering.
- 4+ years developing software solutions.
- 2+ years as a contributing leader or manager on technical teams, or equivalent lead-level experience.
- 3+ years working in agile processes.
- AI driven development tooling (Claude and ChatGPT )
