Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects, enhancements, and releases across SOPC.
Coordinate implementation partners, internal technical teams, and business stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Planning and governance
- Develop and track project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource commitments.
- Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, drive corrective actions, provide status updates, and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, change management, and release processes.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, decision records, deliverable tracking, and approvals.
ServiceNow technical delivery
- Manage ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee development, integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Track technical dependencies, environment readiness, defects, and release prerequisites; verify milestones and acceptance criteria.
Vendor management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for implementation partners and track their commitments, actions, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Validate vendor progress reports against actual deliverables and evidence; resolve or escalate delivery gaps and quality concerns.
- Ensure vendors provide technical designs, test results, and handover documentation.
Testing and release
- Coordinate testing schedules, UAT execution, defect resolution, retesting, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Oversee go-live readiness assessments, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
- Document outstanding issues, risks, and dependencies before release approval.
Requirements
- Coordinate ServiceNow implementation partners, internal technical teams, and business stakeholders across delivery activities.
- Manage projects to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure project activities follow established project governance, change management, and release processes.
