Learn more about ET&P Your work profile · Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules. · Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization. · Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management. · Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. · Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas. · Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes. Key skills required · 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform . Education - UG & Above · Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules: ITOM /ITAM/ GRC ITSM- Integration, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Catalogue development experience. ITOM- CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management development experience. GRC- ServiceNow Developer GRC, Governance, Risk & Compliance, ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management), Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management development experience. ITAM- HAM, SAM development experience. · Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks. · Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. · Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
