  • Establish and maintain the critical path and near-critical paths; identifying float and early warning signals (float consumption, milestone slippage, etc.)
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and recovery planning; provide schedule acceleration options when required
  • Incorporate owner led tasks and actions including: procurement, long-lead equipment, utility/interconnection workstreams, and commissioning
  • Work with Delivery teams to define baseline schedule; prepare and document updates and implement changes with version control

  • Review, challenge, and validate General Contractor and trade contractor schedules for logic, duration realism, constraints, and completeness in NA
  • Coordinate schedule alignment with cost forecasts where required (cash flow timing, milestone-driven spend curves) in partnership with Cost Management and Development/Delivery teams
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day outputs from third-party planning/scheduling consultants in North America; ensure deliverables meet internal and external reporting standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and helping develop standard templates, playbooks, audit scorecards, and training materials for scheduling
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in construction scheduling / planning on large, complex projects (mission-critical / complex infrastructure preferred)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred); strong schedule data integrity and version control discipline
  • Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), logic linking, float analysis, schedule risk management, and KPI-driven schedule controls
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrated project schedules including design/permitting, procurement (LLE/LLM), construction, commissioning, and turnover
  • Experience reviewing and challenging contractor schedules; comfort running schedule audits and enforcing minimum scheduling standards and WBS alignment
  • Strong communication skills: ability to translate schedule risk and impacts into clear executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Design, Procurement, Commissioning, Finance/BI, and Investment stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Reporting Relationships
