Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, spanning both internal and external work required.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple brands, institutions or accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in media relations as well as internal/employee communications.
• Higher education, healthcare, or professional services experience preferred.
• Versatile — equally comfortable in media relations and internal communications execution.
• Fast learner, able to quickly get up to speed on a new institution’s context and voice.
• Strong writing and editing across formats: press releases, colleague emails, talking points.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities from one week to the next.
• Collaborative — integrates smoothly into different segment teams without needing a fixed lane.
