Manager, Sales Training / Product Coaching

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of specialized sales training and product coaching.
• Provide expert pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and ongoing client assistance for Vision Care products.
• Help ensure uninterrupted operations and lead sales training, analytics, and sales operations support areas.
• Support Sales and Key Account Management with sales administration and customer service.
• Develop the sales support team through training, coaching, and management of commercial programs.
• Plan and lead distributor-partner training projects from ideation through completion.
• Develop and implement training programs covering sales techniques, product information, and role play.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educational background as an optometrist, with strong optometry knowledge and familiarity with vision care products.
• Field training experience is highly valued.
• Valid driving license.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
