Manager, Sales Training - Dallas, TX
Role Overview
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the training and development strategy for Statewide Remodeling's In-Home Sales organization.
This role ensures that new and existing Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders receive the knowledge, coaching, and resources necessary to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales performance goals.
The Sales Training Manager partners closely with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps, reinforce best practices, improve closing effectiveness, increase average ticket size, shorten ramp-up time for new hires, and support organizational growth through world-class training programs.
This position requires extensive travel to local markets throughout the Statewide Remodeling footprint.

Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of successful residential in-home sales experience
- 3+ years of sales training, coaching, or leadership experience
- Experience interviewing and selecting new employees
- Experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience analyzing sales metrics and performance data
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Preferred
- Home improvement industry experience
- Window, siding, roofing, bath, or home remodeling experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Instructional design experience
- Professional training certification (ATD, CPTD, etc.)
