Experience:

  • 10+ years in analytics, corporate finance, compensation, consulting, or project management
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills and ability to articulate complex processes to stakeholders
  • Strong process implementation and internal control skills
  • Ability to manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic models and analysis tools
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement
  • Other:
  • Ability to travel as needed for Sales meetings
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, data science, statistics)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, Master’s in Data Science, or Master’s in Data Analytics
  • Experience managing sales incentive plans specific to sales commissions, systems, and processes for a large sales force with diverse teams
  • Sales Incentive system experience, preferably Everstage
  • Data visualization experience with Power BI
  • Salesforce.com knowledge

  • The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
