The Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for reviewing patterns in denials, call volume, billing errors, payers, and/or internal inefficiencies to improve Centra’s net revenue and overall financial stability.
The Manager of Revenue Cycle communicates issues, policy changes, process changes, and staffing challenge to help reduce or eliminate declines and/or issues with Net Revenue collection for Centra.
This position will oversee hospital claims operation.
