The role is Store Manager in the Postpaid function, at job level Manager/M1.

Role purpose and responsibilities

Ensure adherence to store documentation and system processes and maintain stock availability within applicable norms.
Monitor acquisition quality, increase revenue per footfall by supporting customer purchase decisions, and achieve store profitability and return-on-investment targets.
Minimize losses from pilferage and shrinkage; manage churn and customer satisfaction for walk-in customers.
Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays and resolve store-specific issues within defined timelines.
Coach and train Store Executives and support employee retention and motivation through regular reviews and performance streamlining.

Qualifications and experience

Graduate degree or equivalent graduation.
P&L management skills.
2–3 years of work experience in the retail industry.
Store management and customer relationship management skills.
