Manager-Retail Leasing

Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Identify and secure prospective tenants through direct marketing, networking, and broker relationships.

Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective tenants.

Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments in line with company policies.

Prepare and review lease agreements and supporting documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Address tenant enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant retention initiatives.

Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and service delivery.

Monitor rental income and occupancy levels.

Recommend rental rates based on market analysis and property performance.

Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.

Coordinate with the finance team regarding invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates.

Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities.

Recommend strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.

Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation.

Ensure all lease agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies.

Prepare regular leasing reports for management.

Coordinate with legal teams regarding lease documentation and disputes when required.

Supervise and mentor leasing executives and leasing coordinators.

Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.

Provide training and guidance to improve leasing effectiveness.

3–5 years of leasing or property management experience.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use property portfolios is preferred.
