About the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments
• Lead engagement planning, execution and delivery
• Provide specialist restructuring and insolvency advice across the firm
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and critical deadlines
• Conduct investigations and interviews with directors and bankrupts
• Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, auctioneers and other stakeholders
• Review and prepare formal reports, correspondence and stakeholder communications
• Oversee asset realisations and engagement outcomes
• Prepare and review complex financial analysis and investigative reports
• Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues
• Share industry knowledge and best practice across the team
• Contribute to business development initiatives and market presence
• About you:
• Essential
• Business, Commerce or Accounting degree
• CA or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ years' experience within restructuring, insolvency or professional services
• Previous experience leading and developing team members
• Strong technical insolvency knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Desirable
• Completed ARITA Insolvency Education Program
• Business development and client relationship experience
