Lead marketing plans for assigned residential projects, from positioning and go-to-market strategy through launch and ongoing campaigns.
Work with development, sales, commercial, brand, and customer experience teams to bring residential propositions to market.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and go-to-market plans; define positioning, value propositions, audiences, and messaging.
- Plan launches and lead integrated campaigns across digital, media, content, PR, events, and activations.
- Align marketing with sales and customer acquisition; monitor markets, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Create customer-facing collateral; coordinate internal teams and manage creative, media, and specialist agencies.
- Monitor KPIs, recommend campaign optimizations, manage budgets and timelines, and align activity with portfolio strategy and brand.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience; residential real estate, property development, destinations, or mixed-use experience is ideal.
- Experience with residential launches, go-to-market planning, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong customer segmentation, positioning, proposition development, commercial awareness, stakeholder, agency, project management, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC real estate market experience is advantageous.
