Manager, Regional Facilities Operations
Role Overview
The Manager, Regional Facilities Operations, is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient condition of the facilities and equipment within the assigned region.
Will perform and manage Managers, Facilities Operations; Managers, Facilities; Facility Specialists, Assistants, and Maintenance employees who perform maintenance and complete simple repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial.
The Manager, Regional Facilities Operations, will manage facilities and maintenance vendor relationships to ensure timely execution of all preventative maintenance and facilities repair.
They will be required to perform other job assignments as assigned.

- Must have working knowledge about specific methods, practices and tools related to facilities and systems maintenance and repair in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems.

- For this position, the expected base pay range is $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical/trade school certification required
- 10+ years of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair work experience and/or other training; will consider an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
- Computer Skills

- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program

- Intermediate math

- Must have basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot general and complex maintenance and service problems.
- Ability to read and follow manufacturer's instruction manuals and building blueprints.
- Ability to spot problems or potential problems and take initiative to correct them.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or within a group.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop others
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work flexible & on-call schedule as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary.
