Manager, Quality Assurance

What you will do

• 30% - Manages documentation critical to quality systems, compliance and formulation.
• 30% - Manages internal and external audit/inspection and corrective/preventive action programs.
• 20% - Leads food safety continuous improvement efforts.
• 15% - As part of the operations team, supports other initiatives including Safety, Total Productive Manufacturing, Diversity/Inclusion, Engagement, etc.
• 5 % - Leads commercialization process for new products/product formulations.
• Investigates in-plant quality incidents (foreign material, nonconforming product)
• Oversees quality aspects of special batches and new product launches
• Execute plant-scheduled and Corporate-initiated exercises including requests for mock recalls.
• Hold product handling and storage issues (including those at 3rd party warehouses).

• 5+ years of QA leadership experience in a food industry plant environment with an understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Bach Degree
• 6+ years of QA leadership experience in a food industry plant environment with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
• $103,200-$141,900
• Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
