Main responsibilities

• Analyze data, systems, procedures, activities, and information flows to assess logistics-process efficiency and costs.
• Research operational costs, industry developments, and regulatory issues, and maintain a comprehensive database for solution development.
• Use statistical modeling to develop and cost-justify logistics solutions that meet agreed customer needs.
• Manage inventory and tactical planning based on future customer needs.
• Manage or coordinate inter-company shipments and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (approximately 13 years of education) or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience.
