Overview
- At NEXEL, we re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives across both government and private sector clients.
- While the role is officially based in Cairo, selected candidates will be located in Riyadh for project durations ranging from 6 to 24 months.
- If you re a natural leader with a solid consulting background and proven project management experience, this role is for you.
- What We re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Structured problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Bilingual in Arabic & English preferred
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master s is a plus)
- 6+ years in consulting, project management, or PMO roles
- Experience with government, mega, or transformation projects
- PMP certification is required
- Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 and public sector transformation is a plus
