Manager, Project Controls (Cost)

• Oversee cost management across multiple projects.
• Act as escalation point for complex controls issues.
• Provide QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
• Lead client meetings related to project controls.
• Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
• Support resourcing and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate and integrate all third-party plans and cost components into a comprehensive cost plan.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.
• Ten or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Must possess exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.
