Basic qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
- · 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, PMO, consulting operations, transformation, or professional-services delivery.
- · Hands-on experience managing plans, milestones, scorecards, governance routines, risks, issues, and action tracking.
- · Experience supporting demand intake, portfolio reporting, quality controls, compliance processes, and cross-functional delivery.
- · Strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- · Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
Preferred qualifications:
- · Experience in shared services, centers of excellence, consulting, managed services, or global delivery operations.
- · Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, process improvement, or operational-efficiency programs.
- · Knowledge of payments, financial services, or adjacent industries.
