Job Purpose
Lead program development and accreditation for the Saudi Olympic Academy’s educational and research programs.
Ensure academic offerings support the Academy’s mission, Olympic values, and excellence in sports education.
Program Development and Enhancement
- Manage design, development, review, and ongoing improvement of academic and professional programs aligned with strategic priorities and sports-sector needs.
- Develop program frameworks and manage needs assessments and market analyses to identify educational opportunities and recommend new or enhanced programs.
- Encourage academic innovation and use of new methods, research, and technology to improve learning.
Quality Assurance and Accreditation
- Ensure programs meet national and international quality standards and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate accreditation processes, prepare documentation, and work with accrediting bodies on local and international requirements.
Assessment and Program Evaluation
- Create frameworks to monitor effectiveness using KPIs, learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and stakeholder input.
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to curriculum quality, learner experience, and educational outcomes.
Educational Technology and Collaboration
- Manage educational technology integration to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and learning experience.
- Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, researchers, sports experts, and external academic partners.
- Liaise with accreditation agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, and regulatory bodies.
