4–6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or a related role within a scaled software organization.

Experience directly managing and developing people.

Strong analytical and operational skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience working with SaaS pricing, packaging, or pricing operations.

Familiarity with product compliance and regulated environments.

Experience partnering with Agile/Scrum or software delivery teams.
