Role overview

Leadership and design work

• Hire, manage, and coach a diverse design team with complementary skills.
• Operationalize AI-assisted design processes and tools to improve speed and quality.

Required experience and qualifications

• At least 2 years of design leadership experience and at least 5 years in product design.
• Product design experience collaborating with Product and Engineering in enterprise software, PaaS, or SaaS.
• Experience leading product direction and strategy based on business impact and human needs.
• Portfolio or case studies showing leadership on complex platform challenges, design strategy, and innovative workflows.
• Ability to lead in remote, globally distributed, multicultural environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of AI-augmented design tooling, user-centered design, grid systems, typography, color, and modular design at platform scale.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Interest or experience in AI-driven design experiments and workflows.
• Experience with large-scale data streaming, warehousing, machine learning, or AI platforms.
• Ability to drive positive change and innovation amid ambiguity.
