Overview

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in plant and equipment management within the foundation engineering and geotechnical construction industry.
• Previous employment with reputable European piling and foundation engineering companies is highly preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of specialized foundation equipment, particularly:
• Diaphragm Wall Cutters and the associated plant
• Desanders and Slurry Treatment Plants
• Piling Rigs and cranes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's fleet of the diaphragm wall cutters and all other piling, ground improvement equipment.
• Lead maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities for specialized foundation equipment.
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs..
• Manage workshop operations, spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and maintenance budgets.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely mobilization and operational readiness and equipment efficiency at sites.
• Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
