Senior Officer – Performance Management (Resiliency Data & Reporting)
Manager – Performance Management (Resiliency & Performance Governance)
Key Skills & Experience
✔ IT Governance, Performance Management, or Operational Resilience
✔ KPI/KRI, SLA, RTO & RPO reporting and analysis
✔ Dashboard development, data analytics, and executive reporting
✔ Governance, audit, risk, and regulatory compliance
✔ Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or related frameworks is an advantage
