Operations Manager role overseeing day-to-day operations at Baby Joy Fertility & IVF Centre.

Experience
- At least 8 years of hospital or healthcare operations experience; the posting gives a range of 8–15 years.
- IVF or fertility centre experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily hospital operations and implement hospital SOPs and policies.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, operational costs, and opportunities to increase revenue or reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Monitor department performance, prepare regular reports, conduct department reviews, and follow up on pending issues.
- Handle patient complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and hospital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with management on operational and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality and safety standards.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month.
