Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9-13 years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR US & Can Onboarding team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all line of business in Clean Harbours
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, including payroll, recruiting, and talent management, to resolve employee and manager inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR service delivery, mitigating risks and enhancing the employee experience.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement.
- Develop and mentor team members (direct reportee-2-3 and a span of 30 employees), fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to team members on professional development.
