Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant professional accounting/finance qualification preferred.
  • Progressive experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, supply-chain finance, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience translating operational and commercial assumptions into financial plans and actionable business insights.
  • Manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell-therapy, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, enterprise planning, reporting, visualization, or analytics platforms preferred.
  • Strong FP&A, forecasting, financial-modeling, and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of manufacturing economics, including COGM, capacity, productivity, inventory, and gross-margin drivers.
  • Ability to integrate financial and operational data from multiple sites and functions.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the broader business narrative and decision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready reporting and presentations.
  • Strong business-partnering, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong systems orientation and commitment to data quality, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

  • The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.

  • Pay Range (Base Pay): $110,706—$145,303 USD
  • Please note: These benefits are offered exclusively to permanent full-time employees. Contractors are not eligible for benefits through Legend Biotech.
