Manager, Network Engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Data Center Experience
• Ansible and/or NetDevOps experience
• Relevant network engineering certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, or equivalent certifications in DDoS mitigation platforms.
• Service provider experience, preferably in a Data Center environment.
• Advanced skill level with Cisco iOS, iOS-XR, and/or Nexus OS (NX-OS)
• Masters Degree
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• A heart for servant leadership
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, colleagues, and executives
• Excellent written and oral communication, problem-solving, and process management skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment in a matrixed organization.
• Strong customer and stakeholder relations skills
• Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment
• Actively invests in growing oneself and others to build the talent and capabilities required for sustained success. Provide training and mentorship for lower-level team members
