Roles & Responsibilities Does an independent assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of the Internal Control System within the Company. Lead audit assignments and actively participates in audit meetings. Audit program preparation, data and document analysis. Verification and evaluation of the design and effectiveness of controls Prepare audit reports and do a risk assessment and makes recommendations. Follows up on implementation of recommendations Educational Qualification Post Graduate Experience Experience of 7 yrs in Internal Audit Competencies Ownership Human Touch Innovation Simplification Customer Engagement and Sales Excellence Business Acumen Skills Good Command over Excel and Data Analysis Good communication skills Process knowledge, knowledge of control mechanisms and risk management principles Knowledge of relevant legislation
