- The Senior Mendix Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and governing enterprise-grade Mendix solutions across business-critical applications. The role requires deep expertise in Mendix architecture, enterprise integrations, solution governance, and low-code platform best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience integrating Mendix applications with Teamcenter, SAP, Snowflake, and enterprise APIs while driving architecture decisions and enabling AI-powered business capabilities. The role also includes mentoring development teams, establishing standards, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready application architectures.
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Mendix applications. Define Mendix solution architecture, development standards, and governance frameworks. Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews. Build scalable, reusable, and secure Mendix application components. Design and optimize: Domain Models Microflows Nanoflows Workflows Reusable Modules Drive integration strategy across enterprise applications and platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Guide teams on Mendix best practices, performance optimization, security, and maintainability. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards. Support DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment initiatives. Mentor developers and contribute to the Mendix community of practice. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and low-code innovations. Location and Way of Working Role: Senior Mendix Architect Experience Required: 10–12+ Years Certification: Mendix Advanced Developer (Mandatory), Mendix Expert (Preferred) Location: Pune Working Model: Hybrid / Remote Technology Focus: Mendix, Teamcenter, SAP, Snowflake, Enterprise Integrations, AI/GenAI, and Low-Code Digital Transformation.
Key Skills Required
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, or related discipline. 10–12+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Mendix development and architecture experience. Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory). Mendix Expert Certification (Preferred). Strong experience designing enterprise-scale Mendix applications. Deep understanding of low-code architecture, governance, and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and solution leadership capabilities. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers. Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
